Her expertise was acknowledged when she was named "BRM of the Year 2024." As a Vice -President, at IT Chapter, Svetlana has pioneered and advanced BRM principles in her role as a mentor, where she has trained and coached a new generation of BRM and ITSM professionals for the past 15 years. Svetlana is a MSc in Administration, PhD (c) in Computer Science , Master of Business Relationship Management (MBRM), and holds other industry certifications such as ITIL MP & SL, CGEIT, PMP, and others.

Beginning his journey as a Service Desk Manager, Nick's leadership skills and problem-solving prowess quickly established him as a pivotal figure in shaping his former’s department IT landscape. His rise to directorship within the Government reflects his strategic vision and the high regard in which he is held by peers. Holding esteemed certifications like ITIL, CBRM, Change Management, COBIT, and CCNP, Nick's expertise covers the entire spectrum of service management, IT security, and information management, guiding his department to operational efficiency and innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Beyond his technical acumen, Nick is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, fostering a culture of transparency and empowerment within his team. He is deeply invested in professional development and lifelong learning, actively engaging in industry forums, and mentoring emerging IT leaders. Under Nick's leadership, the IM/IT department at the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) has not only achieved outstanding service delivery but also served as a source of inspiration for aspiring IT professionals. R. Sean Browne is an IT Business Partner for AtkinsRéalis, and is based in Houston, Texas.  In his role, he is responsible for the understanding of the business and acting as a liaison between the business and Global IT.  His professional strong point is applying strategy and tactical initiatives, as well as influencing providers and partners (both internal and external) to help the business succeed. 

He has an extensive IT background, from user base support to networking, infrastructure, and IT security.  With more than 25 years in the IT field, he has obtained quite a number of certifications, including Microsoft MCSE, ITIL and BRMP. 

In his spare time and outside of work, he likes to travel and spend time with his partner, as well as his two Beagles, Brodie and Bradley. 

Lory Quackenbush is The Business Development Manager for North America at APMG International. Based in New York, she is responsible for developing and managing relationships with Accredited Training Organizations and helping them thrive. Her professional strong point is in her passionate dedication and devotion to helping people, to understanding their needs with a compassionate heart.

Lory has an extensive 20+ year background in WallStreet Finance, Enterprise Digital Marketing, and has extensive skills in networking and influencing people. She loves her role at APMG and could not ask for a better company to work for.

In her private time, she spends it with her beloved Husband, Steve, her cats and her horse.
