Malini is a highly experienced Business Relationship Manager who specialises in nurturing high-performing BRMs and teams. She is regularly invited to deliver keynotes and presentations at professional and academic forums in Australia, USA, UK and India. Her personal BRM story titled 'Walk Fast, Walk Far' has been described as "the most impactful presentation" at BRMConnect 2017, Sydney. In her spare time she writes about food, culture and relationships.

Malini facilitates APMG accredited Business Relationship Management certification courses through ITSM Hub.

Sarah Hills

Business Owner and Accredited Trainer, Carpe Omnia Training Ltd & CUPE International

Sarah is the owner of Carpe Omnia Training and CUPE International, a company that specializes in providing project and change management training. She dedicates her time to both managing the business and delivering training, with a primary focus on change management. Additionally, Hills holds the position of chair at AsTre (Association for Training Excellence).

Awards and Nominations -

  • Created a lot of change management eLearning and distant learning content for several other accredited training providers.

Sarah's proudest achievement to date is having had the faith and courage to set out on her own and build a great team of people around her. She is proud that she has the privilege of supporting so many people in their individual learning and career journeys.

Adrian Pyne

Director of Consulting, Pyne Consulting Limited

Although partly retired, Adrian is Head of Governance and Trustee of MyMelanoma, a new cancer research organisation. He is author of various works, notably the book Agile Beyond IT, adviser, coach, visiting lecturer and writer on organisational and project management agility.

Adrian is a 35 year project professional in 11 commercial industries and the public sector, in the UK and abroad.

Now a Fellow of the Association of Project Management, he has been an active member since the early ‘90s, especially in programme, portfolio and stakeholder management, governance, agility and a diversity champion.

Adrian's proudest achievement is publishing Agile Beyond IT which brings together over a decade of research, 35 years of experience and learning by himself and others into the adaptation of agility to the project profession as a whole.

Richard Campbell

Director, Product Engagement Lead at Agile Business Consortium

Richard is responsible for developing and delivering the Agile Business Consortium's portfolio of products that advance business agility. The Consortium's products help organisations respond more effectively to the complex and volatile world in which we operate. As the professional body for business agility, the Consortium's products help individuals grow their competence in the application of agile principles. Richard has spent his career working in the advanced technology sector, in a mix of commercial and product management roles in the communications, defence, finance, and transportation sectors.

Richard's proudest achievement includes being a passionate ecologist, technologist, and practical problem solver. He has designed and built two houses with strong ecological credentials.

Allan Kelly

Agile with OKRs Consultant at Software Strategy Ltd.

Allan is a  coach and consultant who specialises in Agile with OKRs. Kelly's main focus is on workflow, strategies and products. Allan is also an author and has several books about agile, OKRs, and business strategy for technology companies. Many of Allan's clients are smaller, more innovative companies, but he also work with bigger, better-known, companies such as Reed-Elsevier, Virgin Atlantic, and the Swift payments network.

Cath's career spans both public and private sectors, specializing more recently in Contract Management and Procurement Training, with over 30 years of invaluable experience. As a seasoned professional Cath, seamlessly navigates the intricacies of the Contract Management Lifecycle, providing expert advice and delivering comprehensive training—from business case development through sourcing to meticulous contract management. Committed to continual professional development, Cath is not only a practitioner but an avid reader, ensuring her knowledge is ever-evolving.

Cath Convey, founder of a successful Learning and Development company. Cath's proudest achievement, over 30 years of marriage to her husband, both military veterans. They have served globally, raised three children, and run their company for 20 years, impacting clients in both the public and private sectors worldwide. Remarkably, they haven't killed each other!
