This webinar - with key content presented by Elena Martin from BCC (one of the method's original authors) - will introduce the key features of CHAMPS2 and the significant benefits that can be realized when applied to business change initiatives of any scale.

Title: MoV - The New Buzzword in Project Management

During this webinar, David Roberts (Director and Accredited MoV Trainer at Cupe Projects - an MoV Accredited Training Organization)  introduced the key concepts of MoV, focussing on how this new guidance can benefit organizations through maximizing value across various delivery activities.
