MSP® Qualifications
The Cabinet Office has developed a best practice guide on Programme Management called Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®), published by TSO. The guide comprises a set of Principles and a set of Processes for use when managing a programme.
MSP is very flexible and designed to be adapted to meet the needs of local circumstances.
There are four MSP examination levels within the scheme:
- Foundation Examination
- Practitioner Examination
- Advanced Practitioner
- Re-Registration Examination
