SOMOS First North American Company to Become a PRINCE® Accredited Consulting Organization
OTTAWA, CANADA – October 4, 2010 - SOMOS, a leading project management consulting and services firm, today announced that it has become the first organization in North America to receive the designation of Accredited Consulting Organization (ACO) for the PRINCE2® Project Management Methodology.
PRINCE2®, or PRojects IN Controlled Environments, is a process-based approach for project management that provides an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. Developed in the United Kingdom, PRINCE2® is the de facto standard for project management in the U.K. and is practiced worldwide.
