Quality Policy

It is the aim of APMG to be the foremost certification body for management products, offering certification of training and consultancy providers, as well as providing examination material to certify individuals. It is our policy that all we do will be of the highest quality and that our operations are performed with the highest integrity, to ensure customer satisfaction.

APMG is committed to ensuring that it maintains impartiality in its dealings with clients and candidates, APMG shows this at four levels within the organisation:

  1. structure of the organization – Ethics & Strategy Board, separation between marketing personnel, assessment staff and decision makers;
  2. policies and procedures – Procedures for fairly processing all clients applications, Non-Disclosure agreements (NDAs), Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Policies and declarations, separation between staff making certification recommendation and those making a certification decision;
  3. evaluation of clients and candidates; Ensuring that NDAs, Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Policies and declarations, separation between staff making certification recommendation and those making a certification decision are fulfilled by all staff
  4. decisions and appeals on certification decisions – decisions are made using agreed, consistent and robust criteria. Appeals are investigated and responded to by a person independent of the original decision

APMG uses continual improvement processes, monitoring all activities and introducing improvements wherever possible.
