Service Catalog Qualification Overview
Service Catalog has been recommended by IQC, an independent subgroup of the itSMFI, as a complementary product to the ITIL® portfolio. It is a 'foundation plus' qualification based on Blooms Taxonomy levels 2-4.
Service Catalog is an APMG-International qualification. Any training company wishing to offer the qualification must be accredited by APMG-International.

Pre-requisites
You must be ITIL Foundation certified in order to be eligible to take this qualification.
Exam Format
- 40 Simple and Complex multiple-choice questions
- 75 minutes duration
- Closed-book
- 26 correct answers out of 40 are required to pass (65%)
- The exam is available in either a paper-based or an on-line format.
The Service Catalog qualification has been awarded 1.5 credits of the 6 complementary credits available to put towards the ITIL Expert certification.
The qualification has been called "foundation plus" as it is a multiple choice examination based on the Blooms Taxonomy levels 2-4. This means it has a higher difficulty level than a standard Foundation exam, but is not as challenging as an Intermediate-level exam.
