MSP® - Managing Successful Programs
The one constant in today’s world is rapid and increasing change. Organizations that know how to transform themselves to keep abreast of change are the ones that are most likely to prosper. Program Management is a critical tool in enabling organizations to manage transformational change and position themselves for success.

Why Use Program Management?
Change implies managing risk, complexity, and conflicting priorities. Successfully managing change requires the engagement of executives and stakeholders, setting realistic expectations, focusing on benefits, and clearly communicating the organizational vision. Adopting a program management framework can help organizations manage transformational change and position themselves for success.
What is MSP?
Managing Successful Programs (MSP®) is a proven program management methodology. MSP represents the best practice of both private and public sector organizations in successfully delivering transformational change. It is designed to help organizations achieve their objectives through the implementation of a dossier of projects and activities to achieve outcomes and realize benefits of strategic importance.
