M_o_R® Re-Registration Examination
All M_o_R® Practitioners should be re-registered within 3-5 calendar years of their original certification. All Practitioners who have taken the examination have agreed to this requirement as part of their initial application and so are now designated as Registered Practitioners.
All Practitioners certified have the opportunity to take the Re-registration examination in order to demonstrate their commitment to professional development. This is particularly important following the recent update to the M_o_R Guide.
By taking the Re-registration examinations, candidates are able to demonstrate to employers and prospective employers the recency of their knowledge and commitment to Continuing Professional Development.
The format of the Practitioner Re-registration exam is:
- Objective testing
- 4 questions (each worth 20 marks)
- A total score of 40 out of 80 is required to pass
- One hour 20 minutes duration (including reading time)
- Open book – candidates may make use of the Management of Risk: Guidance for Practitioners (the Management of Risk 'guide') published by TSO, together with the APMG guidance document ABC Consulting Ltd. Sample Risk Documents and Worked Examples of some of the Common Techniques. No other material other than the Question Booklet, the Scenario Booklet and the Answer Booklet can be used.
