ISO 9001:2008 Quality Systems Accreditation
Many organisations are aware of the need for good quality management processes at the heart of their company in order to ensure the quality of everything they do. In recognition of this, the well known quality standard ISO 9001 was developed to assess the quality management system of organisations against recognised best practice principles.
ISO 9001 has become increasingly popular with companies internationally who want to demonstrate they follow the best practice ideals and have been willing for an independent certification body to assess them and confirm this. ISO 9001:2008 is the current version of the standard.
